Unfortunately we can only accept orders above £ 5 including P&P.

See the Postage charges page for more details. We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) from the UK, including to the United States, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Within the UK, books are despatched by second class post. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Payment

The payment section of the site uses a secure connection to WorldPay to ensure that your credit card details are stored safely at all times.

Prices in Euros and US Dollars

Items on the site are priced in Sterling. US Dollar and Euro prices on the site are approximate values and are listed for information purposes using exchange rates obtained from the European Central Bank. Payment will always be in Sterling. The exact amount of Euros or US Dollars a book costs will vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you need to return an item to the United Reformed Bookshop the following conditions will apply:

Goods must be returned with 30 days of delivery in good condition.
The United Reformed Bookshop should be contacted by telephone (020 7916 8629) or email (bookshop@urc.org.uk) for 'permission to return number' which should be included in the package.
For items that have been ordered in error a refund will be made for the amount charged for the book but postage and packing costs will continue to apply.
In the case of faulty items, or books damaged in transit the full cost charged together with the cost of return postage will be refunded.
The original packing and invoice/delivery note must be returned with the item.

The URC Bookshop is the official bookshop of the United Reformed Church, a large UK Christian denomination of around 1500 churches. The URC Bookshop has been accepting online orders since 2002.
